Nowadays, drug crime has become a severe social probem all over the world, especially in the developed contries such as the United State, Japan and the United Kingdom. There is no effective method to decrease the amount of drug usage even though people have realised the detrimental influence on our society. At the mean time, some people claim that drug usage can be minimised if they are legalised. However, this essay will be in the another side of this argument and demonstrates that more harms would be brought when drag became legal.

There is one argument which is claimed by Critchley (2008) , a supporter of drug legalisation, which is that " the benefits to society of the fall in crime as a result of legalisation would be dramatic". He takes the tobacco legalisation for example, and claim that the amount of tobacco users can be controlled by government control, education programs and taxation. So Drug users can also be control after the drugs are decriminalised as tobacco.

However, there is one piece of evidence to refute Critchley's argument. According to Oliver (2008), there are fewer than 6% of drug users among people whose age is between 15 and 64 around the world and there would be more people become addicted to drugs. Globally, there are about 20% of people smoke which is not true as Crichley said that tobacco can be controlled. So after drugs are legalised, there may be a great increase in population who are adicted to drugs.

There is another piece of evidence to support the thesis of this essay which is the lack of self-control of youngsters. It is a fact that 23% of those aged 16-24 use drug in the UK, but it still a small part. Most of people are curious of the feeling after using drugs. Even though, they do not use them due them due to the illegal of using drugs. After the legalization of those drugs, those youngsters who are lake of self-control would get into the habit of taking drugs.

The first bar chart indicates the main causes for study among learners of different age catalogues. We can see from the bar chart that there are 80% of under 26 students study for career, while only 10% of under 26 students study for interest. The rate of students who study for career is decrease steadily about 10% every 10 years, about 18% of students who over 49 study for career. By contrast, the percentage of people increases steadily from 10% to 70% over these 5 groups. There are 70% of people study for interest.
The second bar chart shows the percentages of the support the students received from employers. We can see from the bar chart that there are 70% of students under 26 are received by employers. It occupy the largest portion of these 5 groups. And then this figure decrease, reaching at the bottom, only 35% of students between 30 and 39 received by employers. From this onwards the figure increase stand at 45% at the over 49 group. We can see from these two charts that the students study for career are more popular for employers.

The first bar chart shows the data of United States marriage and divorce percentage from 1970 to 2000. We can see from the bar chart that the marrige rate was always higher than the divorce rate in the USA between 1970 and 2000. More precisely, there were 2.5 million people married, while only 1 million people divorced. the figure of marrige people keep steadily in 1980, but the divorce number increased to 1.4 million in 1980. And then there were less people(2.3 million) married in 1990 compared with 1980, at the some time there were 1.2 million people divorced. The figure of divorce marriage rate and divorce rate decreased to 2 million and 1 million, respactively, in 2000.
The sencond bar chart indecated the martial status of adult Americans in 1970 and 2000. We can see from the chart that most percent of people married both in 1970 and 2000, are 70% and 58% respactively. The least rate in 1970 was divorce people. But the Widowed adults occupied the least rate (3%) in 2000.
We can see from these too chart that more Americans liked to marry between 1970 and 2000.

Some people think children should learn foreign langurage from elementary school but not secondly school. What's your opinion. Do you think the advantages overweight the disadvantages.

Nowadays, owing to the increasingly high level globalization, people who understand two languages or more will stand on a positive position at this competitive society. At the meantime the question when should children start to learn a foreign language become an open issue to be debated. Some people assert that children should start to learn foreign language from elementary school rather than start from secondly school. I quite agree with them.Without denying that learning foreign language from elementary school will bring a severe pressure not only to children themselves but also to their parents. It is universally acknowledged that the childhood should be beautiful rather than spending most of time in studying. Parents also must spend a host of time to take attention on their children's study.But I think all this disadvantages can be tackled with correct methods. In elementary school teachers can use some suitable teaching methods cultivate children's interest to learn a foreign language, like teach students words with cards which consist of words and pictures. And parents speak some foreign language in their daily time. As has been proved by scientists, Studying two languages at children's early age is benefit to children's brain development.In conclusion, I think the advantages of children learning foreign language at elementary school prevail over the disadvantages.

Today I want to talk about my elder female cosin's wedding. She got married with her husband on the January 22th of 2008 close to the Chinese traditional day, Spring Festival.
I attended her wedding not only because I am her cosin but also I was their photographer. At the beginning of the wedding, The groom went to the bride's house with some of his friends or former classmates to meet the bride. But the Bride's friends standed afront the door of bride's and resist the groom meet the bride. Anyway, the groom would be successful at last. This is the tradition. After this the groom made too cups of tea for my cousin's mother, which means that he would take their daughter away. After this I took some picture for them. From this onwards, my cousin was sent to her groom's house. When she crossed the fire afront of the door, it means that she became a member of this home from now on.
After All these things been finished the couple, all their relatives and their friends went to a nice restaurant to have the ceremony and have dinner.

But unfortunately he was interrupted by a man who shrew shoe to the stage and shouted when Wen was speaking. He shouted that Wen was a dictator. Wen was loved in China for what he had done in Wenchuan and What he had done for our country. In the mind of some foreigners the only knew little about China, however they judge China blindly. I agree that giving aid to poorer countries can in some measure release the poverty of the poorer countries, especially the countries in the Africa where people are suffering increasing poverty which can cause not only lack of food but also severe diseases. But I have to confess that a lot of aid which was used to benefit the people living in the poorer countries did not even approach its real aim. In this article I will discuss whether giving aid to poorer countries has a more effective affect.A host of countries, located in Africa and Asia, are suffering poverty. The reasons attribute to the poverty have the geographical factor and political factor. This has become the reality, so the wealthy countries, especially the countries located in Europe and America, should hand out their wealth to help them. Fortunately these countries had taken their steps to help those poorer countries through sending or loaning money to poorer countries. However at the end of these activities most people in the poorer countries did not benefit from this money the people in the government own this money instead, which is called corruption. At the end, the gap between rich people and poor people become deeper and deeper.Whether it means that it is not necessary for wealthy countries giving aid to poorer country? the answer is no. these activities should be continued but in a different way. Wealthy countries can give aid through sending them life necessity and helping these poorer countries building public facilities which I think are the basis for a country want to develope its economics and improve people's living condition in its country.In conclusion, if the wealthy countries give aid to poorer through the methodology I mentioned above, it will has more object effects than passive effects.

I telephoned my grandmather who live alone at the house, a two-floor large building in our villige comparing with others'. She never talk about the loneliness. She and my grandfather don't get along well, and they seldom talk in my memory. therefore my grandfater live in my uncle's house which have 30 minutes driving distance from our house. My relatives rarely talk about the reason why they broke up. my grand father, my father and I have the similar characters, well-behaved, not good at communication. I always think my favourate of silence hand down by heredity.
They have another relationship, brother and sister, which astonished me when I heard from my mather last year. Fortunately, They have no bloodshed. The fact is that my grandmather's birth father dead when she is young, and by accidently my grandfather's birth mother dead too. In this situation, her mother brought the children coming to our county and marrid with my grandfather's father. This is really complicated. In the old age, if the man wanted to marry a woman home. they must send the woman's family some money which is depend on how much the female's family want. As a result of this, my grandfather married his sister, subsequently, had three sons and 2 daughters. Sometimes I was confused that if they did't love each other, why they have so many children.
I experienced a quarrel between them when I was about 12, I stood at my grandfather's side cause he was so silent when my grandmother shouted at him. I really cannot stand that, and I always thought my grandmother was a little selfish and partial between my elder female cousin and me.
Now I have grown up, it is really shame for what I've done that time. There is nobody in world don't afraid of loneliness. If I did'nt need to take the ILETS, I would back home stay some time with her.

Nokia E66, my 4th cell phone in college, has come yesterday. My last cell phone, E50, buyed from Taobao is a renewed cell phone. I did't know this when I decided to buy it. It's too late when I found the truth. I have to sign that so mant trap around us, and I became more careful when I buy anything though the internet. I have my criterion in my mind that what kind of staff can be bought through internet.
First of all, commodities prices on-line far away from the prices in reality cannot been buyed. numerous sellers use the consumers' mooching to make traps, which usually very effectable in China.
Secondly, Must be aware that the degree of credit of sellers which sometime can be fake. They sometimes have a host of accounts used to make these fake credits.
thirdly, If possible, ask the people who have buy the commodity hows it going. The list of buyers can be found under the commodity's photo.
E66's price in Hainan is much higher than the prices in the other areas of China, maybe the reason is Hainan is a small city which lack of development. Because my father payed for me, I do not feel very care about the diversity prices in different areas, and I buy it without too much consideration. E66, definitely a wonderful cell phone, of exquisite workmanship and multiple functions. I like it very much. Wish it still can be used when I go to UK. If I change cell phone in my left college like, I will be shame for myself.

Yesterday, My parents, my younger sister and I went to shopping at WanFuLong, one of the biggest department store in Hainan, is promoting sales these days. Actually I had nothing to buy this time, and this department store sales clothes which is not meet my stlye. So yesterday I did't want to go. Considering that there is few chance left for me companying my families shopping. Thinking about this I found that I have grown up unawares. Sometimes I was thicking that if all the people in this world speaking and using a language, that will be fantasitc. It will be easy for us to cummunicate, and students like us will unnessary spend so so much time learning another language.
Today I searched the questions which usually been asked by the interviwer of IELTS ( I really don't want to talk about exam, but I have do nothing except preparing the IELTS), and then I write my answers on the paper following these questions. Everything goes fine when I talk with people in English in casual way, but in this formal exam, interviewer ask and I answer, I always feel that all my head is black having no idea what to talk, after a few minutes thinking, I still answer without logic. It is weird that people write the answer to a certain question. I am afraid when my foreigner friends ask me questions then I ask them from this paper instinctively. This will be funny .
Last night I knew a german girl whose fater is a Chinese and mather is a Viatnam. I saw her photos, a very beautiful girl. She said she will visit China someday. Hope that day I am still in China.

The moon is bright and round. After about 10 days it is the Spring Fesitival. This Spring Fesitival will be past under the English studying which corncerns plan of studying in UK. At first I was thinking whether should I finish the IELTS before the Spring Fesitival. I found some excuses to delay my exams. First, the time left for me was too short that it is a little difficult to get the satisifactory score. Second, knowing from experience almost every vocation will be very boring and monotone. Duing to the development of internet most of students stay on internet on their holidays, so do I. I decided to use these days to prepare the exam which would let me feel fulfilling. Third, in this way I could spend some time to relax myself like listenning some music watching some books.
But at last everything goes out of my control, I always can not help stay a very long time in watching NBA, TV serious and listenning muisc ( I bought a host of high-quality CD). The second time at the same day, I must try my best in English. As time eplase my writing ability is degenerating. I need to pratice more before the day I take the exam.

History is little or nothing to tell people. Others thinks that people must study history to understand at the present. Discuss.

Nowadays, heated debate has been going on about whether it is worthy for us learning the history.Some people assess that it is unnecessary for us to learn the history, while others argue that history will help us understand the contenporary society. In my mind, I prefer the latter pointment.at this essay I will write about what we can profit from history.
It is manifest that the modern buildings today has beening influented markedly by the our ancient bulding theories. It is universely acknowlege that the acient buldings are famous for their structure and artistry. Providing that we have no idea about the theories of ancient building, there will be not so many spectacular and beautiful buildings which are located the world over. Take "bird's nest" which became famouse during the 29th Olympic game. Its architect got the idea from an ancient buiding which located in Fujian province.
The stories in the history also has been exerting profound influent on the way we live, work, play and learn.For example, a story in "san guo yan yi" a history book about the wars among three countries in ancient China about how Zhu Geliang won a war without any soldier told us that we must be calm in front of the trouble. In comtemporary day, Globalization has become an indispensable part of our lives and it has been exerting profound influence on the way we live, work, play and learn. As a result, a host number of people have the idea that a new language should be invent as the communication tool in international enviroment. I think the new language is very necessary .In this essay, I would like to point out the benefits of investing a new language in international environment.
The first benefit is that it can promote the development of all the nations' economics, not only the developed countries but also the developing countries. the new language will be the useful communication tool for the investors of developed countries who intend to invest the developing countries which is calling for the money to promote their economics. Providing that all of the people in the world communicate in this new language ,there will be no cheatment at commerce. Owing to this, all the countries will get the benefites of the globalization.

In contemporary socielty,the proliferation of computer using is changing the socilety and our lives markedly,as a result ,more and more people have a opinion that public museums and art gallaries should be replaced by computer.Personally,I do not agree with that and I think the public museums and art galleries still a crucial part in our life.
We sould not deny that the computer send us a vast convenience that we can see historical objects and works at home at anytime we like .Furthermore,not considering the fee of electricity ,it is almost free for us to see the historical objects and works by using computer,consequently ,we will safe a lot of money .

In these days, The composition of IELTS makes me feel upset ,It seems to me that I am far away from the field of eligible compositions ,let alone nice composition.If I had worked hard at English writing ever or even took some notices on them ,I probably wouldb't have beening worrid about the IELTS essay so much .When I have a idea and begin to write ,the start of the composition looks like the Himalaya mountains which is impossible for me to climb over.What worse, I cannot find the coherent line of thought ;I dont have nice(high level) words to decorate it ;I till cannot write the complicated sentence out.

The second day after I back and it seems that I have done nothing today beside met the lovely friends of my club.Time has become more adjustable since I finished all my courses.Wangzheng now keeps regular hours, thereby he can have enough energy to prepare the Graduate Record Examination.I hope his will pesist untill the examination time.
My the other two roommates spent all their time on computer games and videos.Peng Guanghui still turns his sound boxs lould without concerning whether the noise will influence us.We have talked about this problem but.... anyway,he is unreasonable.

After six hours excruciating flight trip I arrived in Dalian at last.I met a collegemate who is a Hainanese at the waiting hall.It was really a coincidence for us meeting again.The first time was in the train back to Hainan,What impressed me is not only we were in the same train but also in the same carriage.He talked to me something shook me badly that my middle-high school classmate and collegemate Yangfan had been kicked out by the college because of his cheat in term examinations ,I was really sorry to hear this news ,recalled me a lot of his behaviors in high school and in college.In the college he changed so much into another man.Anyway,best wishes to him.
I don't like the planes in china by reason of the narrow seats in them which let passengers cannot even move.In that way I alway refused the service of water afraid of urgency of urination.What worse was that the sleepy feeling atacking among the hole trip and There was no suitable gesture for me to sleep.What a hard 6 hours.
The weather here really satisify me ,the breeze is so cool.the wind blowing at my happy face Evrything in Dalian is so familar to me.I should value highly my last year here.I had some shots in the plane too.

There will be a strange feeling the night before going somewhere by plane.I don't what is the feeling called and hard to expain, In a way I like traveling by trian rather than by plane.My last year of the college life is beginning,I must devote myself to the LETLS at Oct 25th.

It is a unforgetable time the three years in college by the reason that I met so many lovely friends around me ,expecially in the Photography Club.Without them how would the life will be like?It is cannot wait to see them soon.

Because of my leaving,My father's friends took us to the restaurant for dinner .Tonight the place we went to is luxury restaurant than last ninght,of course the prices of the food are far higher than the nomal restaurant.

The shrimp is 400RMB per kilogram,that is unexceptable.

Of course the rudd can't be cheap either . it is not wolthy although tasty .

Waked up at 5:40 am with the ring of the alarm clock of my mobile telephone.After simple washing ,taked the key of the car ,and then went straight to the beach whitch is about 10 minutes driving from my home.

That's really the best morning among this summer holiday.I always waked up at 8:40 am everyday in this holiday and at that time the sun had risen and the sunshine had cover my bed

"Legends of the Fall" Though I had known this flim for a long time ,I have watched it just now.It is really exceed my expection.
Maybe all the people watched this film will be attracted by the Tristan Ludlow acted by Brad Pitt .Of course he was the hero in this film and disobeyed all the roles setted by men and gold ,for instant his eldest brother obeyed all the roles .Perhaps he didnt have the character with wild oats as Tristan.But he was so real ,daring to love,good at bussiness .
dured to the reason that his searved the government ,his father didnt want to see him.At the end of flim the hug between him and his father really moved me.
I like his sexy voice sounds like the Marlon Brando's voice in "father".

I cannot remember what was the day I acquired a taste for the sky,especially the blue sky.Every time when I was on the way to the teaching building I would looked up and enjoyed the colour of sky bringing me the wonderful mood of the day.On the train I like looking out though the window and felt the view with blue sky and white cloud and enjoyed long journy,I never forget the ads played in cctv ,"life is a journy,our target should not be the destination.what we should do is enjoying the view around the trian."(I don't how to translate it in Enlish,though I like the sentence so badly)

Even in the plane I will take some shots of the outlook though the small window on the plane.

I have two favourate colours ,blue and green.blue is the colour of sky and green is the colour of life.It is very intereting that I have a lot of clothes with blue or green,which I didnt notice that after I bought them.

Aug 8th to 24th,after 16 exciting days,the 29th Olympic Games is over.

I am very glad to be one of Chinese who can live in this era and to be a witness see my country's mightiness .

At the closure,the stagers gave us a lot of surprise(David Beckham is still handsome and has became the image ambassador of the 30th London Olympic Games ,Congratulations to him)

Even though I did not go to Beijing watching the matchs,I really happy watching matchs in front of TV.I hope at 2012 I will be in London and watch the Olympic Games in my own eyes.

Finished my study just now and I openned the computer writing this article.

I was writing the sentence above ,one of my younger sisters came to my room and said there was a mouse existed in our kitchen.It was abvious that they needed my help.I ran out my room straight to the kichen with a slipper in my hand.
The combat was aboiling.Haiying ,one of my younger sister ,used besom as her weapon;Haiyan,another younger sister of mine,grasped a basket in her hand waiting for the exist of the mouse.I got it at last .How inhumane I am.anyway that is intereting experience about fighting for the cleaning of our kitchen.

what I was going to write about was our national basketaball lost their match today.It was really a pity,anyway we all must thank for the exiting moments they have ever brought to us.

August twentieth is Chen Quanzhi's birthday.I just back from the birthday party.It is a long time for us not meeting,Very pleased to celebrete his birthday.
We had lunch in the Maojia restaurant famous in Haikou,however the price there was unacceptable ,It cost us about 400 RMB for the dinner.Quanzhi's father payed the bill at last.
I have two best friends,Quanzhi is one of them.It is strange that we have the some height and similar avoirdupois,but we have extremly different character .
Songze is shy and sensible.If he want to do something he will try his best .He almost good at anything you can imagine cause he is so intelligent.When he was a child he had been the best friend of Quanzhi cause their home were close.
I knew Quanzhi through Songze.He seems like very good at making friends,interested in science fiction.He wrote some science fiction by himself and beg me to read it.Maybe girls like the boys like him,so he is very attracted for girls.
We three lived together for about 1.5 years.Remind back that time is my happiest in high school.
The happy time alway goes fast.Everytime we met ,it is like we back to high school time again with no pression ,no pretence ;there is only happy between us.
Maybe the times we meet will be less by less,Hope all of us will lucky in our life ways .

Sometimes you know what is your shortcoming which can be cured ,but you will still cannot help putting your foot in it again.

If there are something not emergent I must finish.I will not take attention on them untill I find there is no time for me waste ,and then I will spend all my energy on them and try my best to finish them.I should complete these not emergent early,so that I will not feel so intensity on them at last.

sister-in-law asked for my help making a PPT for there wedding which involved some of their photos taken by Images House when I back home.It was almost 20 days past the PPT was still in developing.

I could not stand my laxity any more,so I told myself conqer this bad habit.At last I spend 3 hours and completed it. I feel so easy now.So keep going,say goodbye with the bad habit.

Today Liuxiang the the 110 metres hurdles sporter quit the match cause his foot pain.All the people in China even in the other country worried about Liuxiang.He is really a great man,the first Asian who won the gold medal in track and field.So many people watched him leave in tears.

I think everyone will have accident,like Johnaon in Athens Olympic match,Liuxiang must past through the difficult time and stand up for fight again.You should take all what he lost .Don't cry ,to be a strong man.

In my mind he is the man cannot be defeated.Best wishes for his health.Like some people in internet says"we love you ,we don't care about the gold medal"

Today is a full day for me.woke up at 9 am.After breakfast I go downstairs to the small garden of our housing estate.I like the swing there.I sat there recite the English words before the sunshine reached me.That was a nice morning.The climate and circumstance here really satisfy everyone live in here.
But Hainan province is not suitable for young men with adequate energy working here.It is a perfect region for retirement life and vacation.The mind I cannot work here is deeply-rooted in my mind.I am the only son in my family,My parents really do not want me leave them after I guaduate.It is a big problem I must face after I finish my educathion.
The stuff which made me excited was that the German's national basketball team was defeated by China's national basketball team .After four years we made it to the final eight again.
The performance of every player in our team is excellent.Hope we will go further and make the history in the last eight.The players of our opponent played very well too.Without that the match wound not be so exiting.Best wish for them in the next match in which they will face the strongest rival ,United State.

The books about IELTS I ordered from DANGDANG have arrived.I fetched them from postoffice.It was still early so I went to a haircut house had my hair cut.The barber looked like a new barber with very bad skill,So unluky today.
Hainan is in the southest of China ,so It was a long time between the time I ordered the books and I recerved them.Without books,I got a reason for not studying.Now I the reason has gone,It is time for me to prepare for my IELTS.I have no way to go,I must study hard in order to go to UN for my future education.
I cannot change the way of my future any more.I must fix on the target and go ahead,never look back.
tomorrow will be a new day.

It was a long time for us not having dinner out.We were so happy when dad asked us ihow about having seafood in telephone.
Dad drove his car home and took us to a restaurant which located on the seacoast.The view of this place was so beautiful, The silent sea surface reflected red cloud the and the bridge across the river.I was so regretful cause I left my camera at home.
beside my family there were two other families.It was very crowed for ever 12 people were seates around one table,just as well the seafood was really delicious.
The boys and the girls of that two families were shy,keeping silent among the dinner.It reminded the time when I was child,shy child.
Drinking some sherry,I felt a little tired.When I arrived home ,went straight to my bed,and then fell asleep soon.

It is the cleanest moment I have ever had. Before it slip away with the time river become the empty, I record it as the fortune of my memory.
Listening the soft song, with the air-condition running, laying on the balcony of my room in the bright moon light. I enjoy this, I get me away from everything around me.
Sometimes the internet get me sick, but I cannot help staying on the net. I always thought that maybe everyone did not like staying alone. The internet can make them keep in touch with the world and their friends. But the more time I stayed on internet the more disagreeable I feel about the modern technology. It seems I go to far about what I want say.
I like the details of life. The ash on the window blur the light of the moon. The distance between the lightest star and moon. The sounds of the air-condition.
I am so scared that I cannot remember the details which were ever existed in my view like you don’t have the memory of childhood even don’t have any photos when you are young.
Someday ,maybe decades of years later, I read this article I would say to me that “how silly I ever was” and laugh at myself. Uhh… It is so terrible to grow up.
